Agreement

By tapping "Agree and continue," creating an account, or using babbl3, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not continue to the app.

Service availability

babbl3 may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information.

Voice notes and generated content

You choose which recordings to send. Supported devices transcribe finalized recordings on the device, independently of Voice AI. If you send the note, babbl3 may submit its complete transcript to a private, access-controlled cloud database.

When Voice AI is on and you choose babbl3 speech, babbl3 sends generated babbl3 text, not the original recording or transcript, to ElevenLabs to create stock-voice audio.

If on-device transcription is unavailable, you can still send the stored original without a transcript, but the babbl3 option is unavailable for that draft. Turning Voice AI off stops stock-voice generation, not on-device transcription.

Messages are not end-to-end encrypted, and a babbl3 Code is not encryption or a security guarantee. Transcripts and generated babbl3 audio may be imperfect. A phrase filter checks the submitted transcript but cannot prove what the audio contains. Review your preview before sending and do not rely on babbl3 for emergency, medical, legal, or other critical communication.

Acceptable use

• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate another person.
• Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have permission to share.
• Do not bypass access controls, misuse invitations or babbl3 Codes, probe other accounts, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use babbl3 to violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Safety and account action

babbl3 provides block, report, deletion, and account-recovery controls. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably needed to protect people, investigate misuse, comply with law, or keep the service working.

You retain your rights in recordings you submit and give babbl3 and its providers the limited permission needed to process, store, transmit, and delete that content to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

babbl3 is provided on an as-available basis. babbl3 may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be presented with an updated effective date and, when appropriate, a new agreement step.
